RecommendedI highly recommend this office! We made a mistake and scheduled my son for his first appointment at an incorrect office thinking it was this office. I walked in and asked if they would be able to squeeze him in today. Not only did they work us in, they were so sweet to my son and were so patient with this exhausted first time mom. if you have insurance not medicaid and show up and be 5 bucks short on co pay they will refuse service for a child .co pay went up 5 dollars didnt have it and was refused.
We love it here! The staff are so nice, it is clean, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes! Our pediatrician is Dr. Twerdi and we LOVE her, but we’ve seen multiple providers and they’re all great! They’re very responsive to messages on the patient portal and Dr. Twerdi has personally called me several times to check in after appointments. I’ve also not been able to get a same day appointment only twice.
BEST OF THE BEST!!! We had our hearts broken when we received notification that our Pediatrician of ten years is leaving. We will miss Dr. McDonald more then he can imagine but wish him well in his next endeavor!

Took my sister and her son to his sick visit appt. He had been up all night with a painful ear infection. Steelecroft turned them away with the excuse that her son's medicaid had lapsed. I offered to pay for the sick visit and was told that her son would no longer be eligible for medicaid if I did so. I then offered to have them send me the bill for the sick visit after my nephew's medicaid had been reinstated. They refused.
