Was sent to Salem surgical in June to have a Sonoma removed from my back Dr Chandler and to look for bone fragments was told could not find nothing wrong went for over 2 months and it would not heal was sent to the wound care center they seen it on the first visit the bone fragment they sent me to the spine center they see the problem but now they can't do nothing because my skin has rotted so much now I have to go to baptist hospital for them to fix my back I have been in total pain and misery because of this Nova does not ... read more
I received a call exactly one week before my scheduled surgery and was informed that my surgery was cancelled (due to my insurance changes). I called my insurance company and they stated that they never received a Prior Authorization (PA) before the week before surgery and that the Doctors all know that the PA should’ve been filled out at the first appointment (and my insurance claims it was never going to be covered from the start) so I am getting different stories.
