Richard took $5k from me and ghosted me I've asked for my documents and they refuse and ignore me they didn't help me at all and will probably delete this because they are cowards
They are more focused on rules than helping people here. I was kicked out in the middle of services after i missed a day because i thought it was a snow day online. They said they would give me info on other places but didn't even after i called. Would be nice if they had some black counselors too because they seem to be alot more sociable and helpful with the white people that go here in the meetings. No i dont think they are racist at all but maybe not used to dealing with black people.
They threw me out like week old garbage because I missed more than 2 appointments over a few years. I have a mental illness which sometimes affects my memory which is absolutely not unheard of when it comes to treating mental illnesses. They lacked the kindness and compassion to allow me to stay in their practice and discontinued my treatment when I was at my most vulnerable.
