While I was initially satisfied with the caliber of counselors provided, they could not retain them. Novant needs to do a better job of retaining people of color and with empathy. They also need to take a look at their policies when handling patients that may require more delicate approaches to, than just discharge after no-shows. Carter is a grate dr ive been his client for years and wont trade him for anything he takes the time to listen to whats going on and not just write a bunch of pills
Novant needs to provide a better Psychiatric selection in Winston-Salem.
I couldn’t have asked for a better psychiatrist, he’s one of a kind and the only psychiatrist I’ve ever given my trust to. My therapist is pretty awesome, too!
