I don’t know how it works on the office’s side of things when it comes to refilling prescriptions, but this is the second time that it seems like my psychiatrist forgot to approve refills for my medication, and i’m not realizing it until I’m almost out of that medication and will definitely be suffering from withdrawals soon. Looking at the reviews, it seems a few other people have had similar problems with getting refills. It went well the doctor seemed to listen to all the things I had to Express and also asked me the correct questions as far as I could tell I felt comfortable with the visit
This was THE WORST appointment I have EVER had!!! It was terrible!! Not only did he NOT listen to a word I said, but he also suggested putting me on medication that I did not need!!! I believe his priority was to keep me coming back so he could bill my insurance!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in healthcare!!! I definitely would not go to this practice!! I have been using this facility for years now and have continued to have problems getting refills. I requested a refill multiple days ago. You’d think that getting a refill on your BIPOLAR medication would be of top priority, but clearly it isn’t. I have called and talked to someone multiple times. Gone back and forth between the pharmacy and the doctors office, but the doctors haven’t messaged back the pharmacy.
