We’ve had wonderful experiences with Novant Psych.
I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist here for years and I absolutely love her! I use virtual appointments and she is on time, listens, never rushes, always asks questions, and makes sure that all of my medications are sent for refills before the appointment is over. She is very personable and I have never felt like my voice was not listened to or not taken into consideration. Thank you Ivy Ziccarelli!
I don’t know how it works on the office’s side of things when it comes to refilling prescriptions, but this is the second time that it seems like my psychiatrist forgot to approve refills for my medication, and i’m not realizing it until I’m almost out of that medication and will definitely be suffering from withdrawals soon. Looking at the reviews, it seems a few other people have had similar problems with getting refills. It went well the doctor seemed to listen to all the things I had to Express and also asked me the correct questions as far as I could tell I felt comfortable with the visit
