I had a flare up of a previous spot on my skin. Since the irritation came back a biopsy was done. When the results came back Ms. Edwards (dermatologist) called to discuss results. Without requiring another appointment she discussed the new treatment plan and answered all my questions on the phone. She also sent in the new prescription right away. It was incredibly convenient to be able to handle this without another appointment. This service was extraordinary & the revised treatment plan is working well.
