If your kid gets sick in the middle of the night or early morning just go straight to the Urgent care. This office doesn’t take walk-ins. Wich actually defeats the whole purpose of having a doctors office. Last time even with an appointment we had to wait close to 1 hour to be seen. This office is just a big waste of time for the patients.

We are so sorry for your wait. We make every effort to run on time. We work on an appointment basis because we don’t want anyone to have to wait for a long time. Walk ins are given our next available appointment slot which may be a bit of a wait. An hour is certainly not a typical wait time, we typically run right on time!

Staff is very friendly and you are not left to sit in a waiting forever before being seen be a doctor.
They refused to test my child for the flu. Took him to Minute Clinic and guess what! He has the flu. Thankfully, I went with my intuition and he has tamiflu now. Don’t go here.
Absolutely love them!!!! They are awesome! We see Dr. Cordell and I’m definitely happy with her! She’s awesome and she addresses my concerns and reassures me. Will never go to another pediatrician.
Love this place. Especially DR Zimmer. I am a first time mom and no matter how many times I call, she is so sweet. The staff is so helpful and nice. Sometimes I get a little nervous about the girls getting shots. They try to get them done as quick as possible so the girls don’t feel them too much. There is hardly any wait to see the doctor and they always try to fit you in if they can.
I love this practice. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and it’s easy to make appointments. I really love Dr. Taylor and would recommend her to anyone!
