I was enjoying this office in the 3 months we sent our children here for care until our experience with 1 nurse who referred to me as “demanding” when I was advocating for my child. She was rude and sassy and clearly did not care about her job. I attempted to call the office manager who I have left multiple voicemails for over the last month. I am still waiting on him to call me back.
The staff here showed little concern for my child when he hadn't urinated in over 11 hours. One of the staff members referred to my wife that was expressing concern for our child as "demanding". She never raised her voice, she never cursed or used fowl language and she was met with unprofessionalism. We have requested to speak to the manager for this location for a month and are still awaiting a response...
RecommendedDr. Morgan and all of the staff have been so kind, welcoming and understanding. As a brand new, first time mom, I need(ed) a lot of reassurance and questions answered, which Dr. Morgan has been very patient with. I have also had to use the after hours care and was seen promptly (for a walk-in service). The NP was nice enough, but Dr. Morgan is a real treasure. 10/10 would recommend this office!

Dr. Morgan is one of the BEST pediatricians around. She is so caring and thoughtful when treating the little ones. I'm up in Raleigh now, but when I lived down in Charlotte I followed her wherever she would go so that my kids could have the BEST Dr. I'm so glad to see she's back to having a practice again. If I lived down there I would be right back there.
