I’m so disappointed in Dr.Goss and the entire front desk staff. I arrived on time and stood in the line that was almost out the door with my autistic son. We waited as an older woman (with no child) and 2 teenage girls (with no parent) held up both staff members checking in for over 15 minutes. The staff at the back started to check people in because of how long the line was getting. I was checked in, paid my copay and sat with my son in the waiting area.
