Get directionsThis hospital gave my sister the worst possible care I have ever seen in my life. I could go on and on no need though. Because the hospital will be getting a phone call from our attorney.
Business response:
Hey, Lisa. We would like to reach out to you. Could you please message us with your contact information and your sister's name? Thank you.
went in thru the ER for my son (double pneumonia) . Registration was quick and easy. The nurse Amber and Dr. Russ were great very efficient and personable they quickly assessed and treated my son I will recommend this hospital to anyone seeking emergency services. Job well done
Love the doctors and staff. They take the time to listen to you and not a long wait time. I love this place

Bedside manner was horrible. No compassion from the staff. Only positive is they got me in and out in a timely manner but that’s because no one else was there. Note I see why. Will not be going back.

This is one night I’ll never forget! You all will pay for the wait and causing us to wait longer(while his head was leaking blood) then your “priority” people! This is why people spend an extra 30$ in gas to travel to Wilmington NOT TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!!! Smh! No ... read more
I know you're all affiliated but I have always gotten much better emergency room treatment at Pender thanI have at New Hanover and I will tell you what the next time I have to go to the emergency room I am going to tell the ambulance to drive me to Pender. your er staff is excellent
I dislocated my shoulder yesterday and was taken to Pender to be seen. I can’t say that I have ever been treated better by any establishment. Dr McGrath, Lee and Mai were amazing and made a terrible situation much better. They were top notch and I appreciate their care and attention. Thank you all!
