I just encountered the most ungrateful and unnecessarily rude person at the front desk in the lobby. I brought a food order, which only took maybe 5 minutes from the time the order popped up on my phone to walking it in to the customer. Food was hot and orange juice was still cold. This is definitely not my favorite office, and we have seen many pediatricians as we move a lot for my husband’s job. The staff is friendly, but the first problem was that it took forever before my son got a treatment that worked. We had to switch to a new doctor in that group after being seen 2-3 times with no relief. The new doctor was great and fixed a problem that had been going on for months in just days.
