if there is a no star, i would give it. Taylor a nurse there, needs an attitude adjustment. If i was at the clinic i would have given her a piece of my mind. I saw Larissa towards the end of April about major Foot pain. And it turned out to be Plantar Faciatis. I asked her to refer me to a specialist to get prescription insoles. So far, nothing is happening. Few days ago Janelle sent me a message in my chart asking if would like to schedule a follow up with Larissa, or do an MRI. My 91 y/o mother is under the care of Dr. Dijour for a foot ulcer. He is very patient and compassionate with her. He was open and honest about the condition of her foot. Holly was wonderful she provided great education on wound care and dressing my mother's foot. The receptionist at Novant Foot and Ankle are so professional kind and understanding. I would highly recommend Novant Foot and Ankle to anyone that foot care needs. I wish you the best.
Tried calling 3 times I could barely hear her and she couldn't her me and she hung up every time so I couldn't make an appointment you'd think they would have a better phone system or a person that knows how to manage phone calls.
Great place.
Had a fantastic visit with Dr.Vogler. Super kind and explained everything to the letter. Quick diagnosis and I can already feel a significatn improvement after 24 hours.
