Waste of time. Friendly staff, hence the second star, but they can literally only do pregnancy tests as far as any type of testing goes. I went in for dizziness and balance issues last year. They tested me for pregnancy and said that's the only test they could do as they are not a full service clinic. I told them I knew I wasn't pregnant so why even waste my time when I told them THAT and told them my symptoms. I love the convenience and how quick they are for those non-emergency problems we all have.
Completely incompetent! After visiting the urgent care I follow up with my primary care doctor. He informed me that their methods and treatments were catered towards insurance and not the interest of the patient. It is also important to note that the staff was friendly and there was no wait.
