Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I absolutely love this place! Does this orthodontist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

This orthodontist had a very kid-friendly office. With everything from magazines to TV's in the waiting room to games, I would think that kids would find this a fun place to go. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

They send someone to collections when they are on hard times. Said they contacted me, but never once called my cell phone to talk with me. I call them to try to pay the whole thing off and am told that they can't take the money, that I have to pay the collection agency, and then there is a reinstatement fee for my child to be seen through them again, also they proceed to tell me that I was always behind on payments...always (as she put it) I got behind once and caught that right up.
