Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely
I was a patient at Novak orthodontics for 4 years and never once had a problem with my treatment or the doctor. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable to receive my treatment. If I ever had an emergency they were able to get me right in. They also had very convenient hours and I hardly ever had a problem finding an appointment time. I will definitely bring my children here and recommend this office to my friends and family!!
DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO NOVAK ORTHODONTICS! I've been going to Novak for over four years. In that time, I've NEVER had an appointment on time. I show up 30 minutes early to my appointment, and my appointment starts at least 15 minutes after the appointment was suppose to be at. You can NEVER get an appointment when you want one. They have taken in too many kids that you can't schedule an appointment when you're supposed to or when it's convenient for you -- example: like if they tell you, you need to schedule an appoin... read more
