Joel, Richard and Hans were all very helpful throughout the process. No pressure sales and quick with responding back to emails and text messages about coming in to look for a jeep. They helped me get out of my current lease and put together numbers for my next vehicle. My husband also purchased a vehicle at the same time and had the same experience. We will definitely purchase vehicles from Novak motors again. Great customer service.
