I cant speak highly enough about my experience with Joel and the folks at Novak Motors. We walked in off the street and happened to get Joel as our salesman. He was very honest and forthright and very knowledgeable about the history of many of the vehicles on the lot that we were interested in. Franco and Hans were the most help I’ve ever had at a car dealership. 5 stars without a doubt. I called 2 minutes after the dealership opened on a Saturday and Joel picked up immediately. I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie with Joel's assistance, the process could not of gone smoother. While I was working with the Finance expert, Hans, Joel called my insurance company, had my address updated, and my policy changed to reflect the new truck. My overall experience was fantastic.
