They came out within a week and repaired the part. They did a great job cleaning my panels
We had a solar system (panels and battery) installed at our home several months ago. I was very pleased with Nova West for 10 years. Had them add panels last year. Now they say they must charge for labor on my 20 year warranty. This is a breach of contract. My warranty covers parts and labor.
