Before I start with details, I want to say that Justin Douglass and Nova West is the best locally owned solar company in the Central Valley hands down. We live in Riverstone, and all new housing requires solar panels, so we purchased instead of leased what we were required to purchase when we first bought our house. Within 6 months of moving in, the company that was providing the solar panels went bankrupt. So now we have no way of monitoring or contacting anyone if we think something is wrong. I worked with Ian for a while till we were ready to finally pull the trigger. He was very patient, answered questions, supported us throughout the process, and even afterward, if I ever have questions, he is so responsive. The process was easy, and installation was great.
