Either through misunderstanding or error, a color code for testing was not internalized on the first visit. First time appointments need to be certain to be sure they receive a color code on arrival. That being said, staff was understanding and reasonable in handling first timer misunderstanding. The individuals that work here are responsible, professional, and empathetic.

Nova testing in Rochester hills is best and testing is done by Dave right in front of you and his partner and wife nikhol is very friendly

I've been to several different facilities over the years and Nova is the best. They are respectful, friendly and genuinely understanding. Reasonable prices and hours are good too. Most places say they're open until 7:00 but you have to be there by 6:30, so why say 7:00? Nova is run by people who will give you a break if you are a couple minutes late, they know that this little favor could mean jail time for you. Anyway, overall a great local place that's affordable too.
