Great testing site and welcome staff
Absolute best place to go for testing. The staff is so nice, professional, reliable, they follow the rules, but so warm and kind. I’ve use Rochester and Lake Orion and both are great. The price is 1/3 what McLaren charges, I’ve scrounged up change to pay it when I was in a pinch. I’ve never waited more than 5 min. I just can’t say enough about the company. Whomever does the hiring has a knack for picking great people!
Either through misunderstanding or error, a color code for testing was not internalized on the first visit. First time appointments need to be certain to be sure they receive a color code on arrival. That being said, staff was understanding and reasonable in handling first timer misunderstanding. The individuals that work here are responsible, professional, and empathetic.
Nova testing in Rochester hills is best and testing is done by Dave right in front of you and his partner and wife nikhol is very friendly
