Slow to respond. Just a drop-shipper.
Yesterday I tried to get an expedited item from them, but they couldn't get it to me sooner than a week. Went with another company because they could get it to me in 3 days. Made the mistake of entering my information on their site. Today sales rep Robert Smith emailed me an unsolicited quote for that item, so I asked him not to send me any more quotes. Greg Livingston sent me another quote hours later. Do not give them your information.
