Dr. Nova Shu is a gem of a human being. She’s so kind and personable. She lets you decide on the treatment and how far you want to go with it.I was dealing with warts on my hands for years. I tried everything. I had eight visits to another dermatologist. They tried everything over and over again. Dr. Shu destroyed them on the first visit. About a week after they were dead, about a week after that they fell off. She knows what she’s doing, and I would trust her with any skin problems that I have in the future.

First impression is LGTBQ friendly. (Treated like everyone else) Understanding, Very short wait. Dr Shu was very patient and understanding. I did not feel rushed nor did she seem rushing. I felt valued and heard. The doctor expressed an interest and passion to solve my problem and started me on another med then i have been on the last 8 months. I feel grateful to have found her. Parking is free and easy to get to in the North Hills. Handi cap accessible. The office had great reviews so i was in. So here is mine.
