First impression is LGTBQ friendly. (Treated like everyone else) Understanding, Very short wait. Dr Shu was very patient and understanding. I did not feel rushed nor did she seem rushing. I felt valued and heard. The doctor expressed an interest and passion to solve my problem and started me on another med then i have been on the last 8 months. I feel grateful to have found her. Parking is free and easy to get to in the North Hills. Handi cap accessible. The office had great reviews so i was in. So here is mine.
Dr. Shu and staff were very friendly and professional. I had a very nice experience for my first time visit to the office. Dr. Shu listened to my concerns, and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. I would highly recommend!
The doctor herself is nice but the front desk staff are a sloppy mess. When I first went there I noticed the front desk staff were very rude but I figured I wouldn't have to deal with them much so I shrugged it off. However, now, my pharmacy has been trying to get ahold of the office for weeks to get my prescription refilled and they haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. Everyone in the office were very friendly & my wait time minimal. Dr Shu was also friendly quite thorough & professional as well as her nurse Payton. I was referred to her by my daughter-in-law & would refer as well.
