Communication at its minimal, had to wait a week till someone came back from vacation just to tell me I had to reapply
Nova Scotia legal aid gave my mother a complete run around. They misguided her, nearly had her not submit court ordered documents, staff assured her she would be covered, then her Lawyer "left" or got fired or something. Then she got assigned a new lawyer. They gave no actual assistance and acted like they were going to help for several weeks before saying 'no' for what I believe is no good reason at all.
