Only had 1 appt. Neglects to tell you that they scan your license and post your pic in your chart for all providers to see. Anne Marie lied and said I was informed and signed paperwork stating the policy. She also cancelled my appointment and withdrew me from the practice because I wanted my picture removed. The same day she deactivated my portal because I sent a message asking for a copy of the document I signed acknowledging my picture would be uploaded. She said your appts been cancelled, good luck. I wanted to give zero star, but you have to enter one. According to Ann Marie at Prime Behavior Health, Prime Behavior Health is not a Health facility it's a privately owned company. That was my thinking when I tried to fill out the forms I received before my appointment. All the forms protect Prime Behavior Health not the patient. After I complained about the forms, Ann Marie said if I don't fill out the forms my appointment will be cancelled and she did. The business office called me about making a payment. I paid the same day (within an hour of them calling me). They cancelled my appointment and blocked my account without telling me, which never showed up on my patient portal. I got to my appointment thinking it was still scheduled as I had no notifications that it was cancelled, only to get told I needed to call the business office to get it sorted. Providers are ok but office staff are a disgrace to the concept of patient care. Prepare to be blamed for clerical errors on their side.

I had an outstanding experience with Anne Marie, the receptionist at Prime Behavioral Services. She went above and beyond to ensure I got a therapist as quickly as possible, calling me multiple times to update me on the process. She checked with my insurance incredibly fast and followed up right away to let me know she had secured a therapist for me.
