Unfortunately, they seem to go through staff too often. The office manager is extremely rude, showing no concern or professionalism. The doctors or pa’s I’ve seen in the past were helpful, sadly many left this “practice. The name of this practice was formerly k own as above, the name was changed too, I’m not sure why. I have like giving a poor review , the staff that I had was great, if you are able to get past the “manager” who really needs to gain some insight with interacting with patients!
I have had a very poor experience at this place. Even after many years of going and not making an issue of being switched from prescriber to prescriber every few months to a year because they continue to leave the practice, but the receptionist Ann-Marie is extremely disrespectful and rude. She is condescending, has hung up on me, is judgmental, just honestly not a very nice person at all. I have been a client at Prime Behavioral health for many years. Yes they have had a few turnovers of staff, but for the better ! I have always been treated kindly and professionally. From my therapist Kevin to my med Provider Mari to the front desk staff they are great.
My experience with Prime has always been positive. The staff is always willing to help with anything that needs to be addressed. Even helped me get my family member who is not a patient assistant with her new insurance. They are very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond. They were willing to work with me when I lost insurance so I would not lose treatment until I could get the issue resolved. I always recommend this place to all my friends and family.
The entire staff is always incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond expectations. I have been consistently impressed by the dedication and care demonstrated by everyone at Prime, and it is for these reasons that I highly recommend their services to others.
