I am a landlord with Nova Property Managment and I believe they are the best property management company in the Anchorage area. Nova is a good company people, no problems, they are quick, and the people that I have met that work there are all very good, caring people.
What a great company, my husband and I live in one of their properties and I have nothing bad to say. They keep up on the property and to this day I haven't run into any problems with them. I plan on continuing to rent through this company for awhile.
I am pretty satisfied with the way they conduct business. They have made renting a home very easy for me. The other day my heat went out so I gave them a call half expecting it to take a week or so to get it fixed, but they sent a couple maintenance people out that day! They got it fixed and working and were on their way. I was shocked at how quickly they responded to my request.
We would like to take a minute and let everyone know, that Nova Property is absolutely a wonderful place to do business with. Our company has been doing majority of Nova's appliance repair work for around 30 years now! Everyone in the office that I deal with on a daily basis is a delight to work with. Just moved to Anchorage and staying in a hotel with 2 dogs, what a nightmare. Saw an add on Craigslist from Nova Property and got into it in one day. Normally they say it takes time for the application. But they were all over it and really helped us out. My dogs were so happy to have a yard again. Thanks you so much.
