The management is very helpful.the maintenance team is getting things done.
After hearing the horrible stories from others I'm staying away. I don't usually listen to just reviews. But in this case it worries me. And I have a small child too.
Horrible!!!!! My car and apartment got broken into and management did not care. They take forever to through on a work order, my upstairs neighbors has kids that run around all night long. Please don't move here
People are rude, disrespectful and don't follow through with their rules. They don't give two craps about anything that happens just themselves. Cars are parked in carports for months without movement, personnel are disrespectful and don't know what they are talking about, and make a compliant and they shrug their shoulders like who cares. Only good thing is its cheap to live here. I can't wait to move out of this disgrace of a place they call apartments.
Don't move here worst place to live... Problem #1: 6 months after moving in I had bed bugs..they didn't treat properly so they came back ugh...& i had to wash all my clothes in my closet & they didn't help me to pay for my washing nor reimbursed me my money back...went through it twice & now its bout to be a third time around.. Problem #2: the a/c in my apartment never stayed cool, blowing out hot air raising my electric bill to $400-$500 within 2 months due to burning energy.. Problem #3 bad ass kids running around...
