First thing they could do is get some stability with regards to the property ownership/management situation. Second is to hire competent employees with regards to tenant consideration. Third is to cease are harassment of tenants. Buyer beware.

My Apartment got broken into and they stoled electronics. It's under new management so it's better then last year
One of the poorest places I've been to or seen! How is this place still running the way it's been...you want good customer service clean living...don't move here because it won't happen...
I hate it because people likes to break into people's cars and steals stuff from your door and the apartment manager can't do anything they say they have security but I never see them u can't wait until I move out
