I was promised to move into my unit few days before they told me my unit was no longer available to me. Not just that I had sewer, gas and electricity already connected in the unit. I ask them what was reason why I couldn’t move into the unit if I was already approved and promised? and why tell me 3 days before move in date? They didn’t have a clear reason, then I ask them for the Corporate number they refuse to give me the number. Smh worst place ever do not trust them.

The communication between the leasing office and tenants is bad. We get told to go to their online website "renterscafe" to submit complaints because it gets "processed faster", it does not. I have at the moment 4 complaints on there right now and have yet to have anything done about my hvac leak. The Rats. And now I submitted a complaint about the fact that they shut off my water multiple times for atleast 2-6 hours with No fair warning. No notice, no heads up on multiple dates. First thing they could do is get some stability with regards to the property ownership/management situation. Second is to hire competent employees with regards to tenant consideration. Third is to cease are harassment of tenants. Buyer beware.

My Apartment got broken into and they stoled electronics. It's under new management so it's better then last year
One of the poorest places I've been to or seen! How is this place still running the way it's been...you want good customer service clean living...don't move here because it won't happen...
