Hassan is a patient, honest guy. He came out to discuss a potential leak and after several minutes, it became apparent that the most reasonable thing to do at this time was NOT use any of his services--a conclusion he agreed with. However, even though he knew he wasn't going to make any money, he never rushed the conversation, spent plenty of time with us, and made doubly sure that we didn't have any remaining questions before he left.
