RecommendedThe staff at Nova North are the best I've ever dealt with--very friendly, professional and competent. We love our apartment, which has a great floor plan including tons of storage space and a large balcony. I can't imagine living anywhere else!
After a year being tired to deal with parking lot and services of this arpartment, we moved out. However, it did not just stop there. Our deposit was stolen almost 90%, even we had already spent a day to clean that apartment and made it look exactly like it was before us. They sent us a long list of charges: sewer, facilities, garbage,........ NONE of that makes sense. During the time living there, they had always tried to charge you unnormal fees. Even you don’t have anywhere to stay, PLEASE DONT stay here.
