RecommendedI like that you don't have to schedule an appointment. I was hurting I walked in and was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Scheduled physical therapy after the initial Dr visit and the PT team is great.Very professional.
Asked for authorization form that the company had already sent. Was to lazy to find it in the computer.
This is by far the slowest place to do drug test you have two people working . Sit half day waiting for something takes a min to do .
Got in on time did vitals then had to wait 30+ min for dr...like we dont have stuff to do to

Office mgr 30 min late to open!!! Great staff, excellent process for dot physical, in & out fast!!! Would've given 4 if not for late opening!!!
