My experience with this clinic was awful. Not only did they have someone who seemed inexperienced attempt to draw blood in three different places, she also had dirty needles all over the tray she was using, and then she didn’t draw blood for one portion that was ordered (because she “forgot”) forcing me to be further inconvenienced to come in the next day again. Will never come back to this clinic. I recommend if your work goes through Concentra, go to a different location.
This place was quick, clean and organized. The Staff were professional and prompt. It was busy when I got there and they got me out in 30 mins. I saw compassion and patience from all the staff to each other and to the patients. Great Team!
