The Lexington team with Nova Leap Home Health is the best! The caregivers truly care about the clients they serve and understand the needs of a person with dementia. They go above and beyond to be knowledgeable and able to serve those in need. The Nova Leap Home Health management team is equally outstanding. Our family needed 24/7 care quickly and Tasha with Elder Care stepped in and did a fantastic job. She treated our parents like family and continues to do so by visiting our dad and keeping in contact with our family. She listened when we had concerns and was prompt to help in any way she could by giving us the best care possible! I do feel that being a Care Giver needs to be a calling. We have been caring for my husband's father for 3 years as he suffers from Dementia and is unable care for himself and be left alone. This has been trying at times, but glad we found Elder Care 4 Families for the much needed reset time away. Highly recommend their services and the amazing team at Lexington location!
