Hands down you won't find a better team than Ryan and his group! This is the 2nd time we have asked Ryan Davis and his team to help us with refinancing our home. We presented them with quite specific challenges that they were able to understand and help us solve.. Their knowledge and ability to patiently assist and guide us through a fairly complex approval process was invaluable, always pleasant, and greatly appreciated.

I was referred to Ryan when another lender fell through right before closing due to an HOA issue. Ryan was able to find me a new lender that would accept the HOA issue and was able to match and beat the rate and fees compared to the previous lender. He was able to also close the loan in only three weeks. Ryan was very responsive and proactive in regards to communication. He even gave me updates and when he was on his honeymoon in Hawaii. I highly recommend Ryan.

Ryan and team are A++++. I’m a financial professional and an experienced “refi’er”. The whole refinance process does take a few weeks, but Ryan and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The rates and fees offered matched or beat even the biggest, cheapest (and hard to work with) online mortgage brokers. The final fees were below the initial estimates. I will proudly refer Ryan to friends, neighbors and colleagues.
