This place is a joke. After 2 weeks of no communication and 15 unanswered phone calls I thought it was a scam and threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Only then did I receive a response from someone. They use an AI texting service, so you're never actually talking with a leasing agent. I don’t mind living here overall—the complex itself isn’t terrible—but I really wish management would step up their game. Our washer/dryer combo failed and flooded our hallway, and it took months before anyone addressed it. Even when they finally did, we were left with ruined closet doors that no longer fit the frame, water-damage spots on the wall, and a section of carpet that’s still torn up. Do not live here unless you want a lot of issues with no one to handle them. Management is a joke. Currently, my air has been out for close to two week and I’ve been told everyday that it would be fixed that day or the next day. The only follow up you will get will be you following up by calling them. They will never reach out to you even if they say they will. Now, management is ignoring my calls. Management doesn't exist. I've tried getting tours on multiple occasions and couldn't get management to pick up the phone. Once they finally did, 3 months later, they didn't show up to the tour and didn't answer the phones when contacted. How do thy even management to get tenants with management that poor. And if management is never available how present could the rest of the apartment staff be? Maintenance probably slacks off too.
