I cannot recommend this practice enough. I have been a patient of Dr. Nathan Warner since 2018, and I have intentionally followed him wherever his practice has taken him. I have even referred several people to his care, and they have all chosen to stay with him, which speaks volumes about the quality of care he provides. I can’t recommend Claire, DNP, enough. She took the time to do a thorough evaluation and truly listened to everything I had been experiencing. After years of struggling with what I now know was ADD, she helped me finally understand what was going on instead of making me feel dismissed. Nathan Warner’s services did good for me, until he became negligent to me as his patient at the time of my more recent appointments with him. Had my very last appointment 2/3 weeks ago. Received very dismissive responses towards me and my struggles after he prescribed me a med I’d never tried before which affected me horribly and couldn’t handle taking for more than a month. Nathan Warner, was great for the first month my wife and son had seen him, but now he doesn’t respond to emails or calls. He hasn’t been sending meds correctly. He seems to not care anymore about helping them.
Doctor Nate plays around with my medication dosage and doesn’t send prescriptions when he’s supposed to making me really sick for no good reason. Never come here
