Terrible service. we decided to do work with Ronald as he offered a very competitive price. promised to complete job within two weeks by mid November . on the day of the scheduled installation he had us waiting from 8am to show up at 3 pm with a missing piece of fence. He claimed we had given the incorrect measurements. He has supposedly visited the site and measured himself which was apparently a lie. He loved to steal people money and give the wrong permit to the wrong people I I will call the county and report the company he gave a lot of customers fake permit papers does company will shut down soon he's always doing crack in the warehouse his bad business

Este señor Nova que es el propietario No tiene idea de lo que es atención al publico, me dio un precio y cuando contrate el trabajo me salió con que eran 350 dólares mas, trate de dialogar y fue totalmente grosero y falta de respeto, tube que hacer el trabajo por necesidad pero no lo recomiendo para nada, lo mas positivo para una empresa es aprender a tratar a sus clientes y este señor no tiene idea de lo que eso significa.

I want to commend Ronald and his team for the attentive service throughout the whole process when I needed to get a fence, gate, and side gates installed on my property. They were responsive (text, phone, and email), professional, and did a great job from quoting, ordering special parts, to installation with the necessary permits. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the effectiveness of everyone from the administrative staff to the installers.
