DISAPPEARED. We had Rafael Davila come to our home. Spent time going through the designs, providing surveys and documents that were requested. All that time and effort for him to completely ignore us and disappear. I called and sent follow up emails. But Rafael just ghosted us. Completely unprofessional. Update.
