I have been coming to Lorraine for many years I drive a great distance to come see her I can go anywhere and get laser treatments done but she is the reason I frequent Nova she radiates positive energy all the time, she takes time to listen to me, she's outgoing and extremely friendly no matter what kind of day I had at work she always seems to make me laugh. She has great interpersonal skills, along with that she always recommends what products work best for my skin, she's knowledgeable and just an overall great person.
Informative session and must ponder over education received to make my move.
I like Dr. Karlin, I think he's great, he focuses in the small things. In the end I'm sure my end result will be great.
My only complaint was that my appointment was at 1:00 and we didn't get in until 1:30. It's my first time with Botox so I'm excite to see how it works.
