I come in from Washington DC to see Beth for Sculptra. I would appreciate being able to talk to her prior to making an appointment to discuss what we want to do. I send digital pics so she can see what's going on with my face. She talks through the receptionist - not happy about that. I think if I am flying down specifically for her she should be able to take 5 minutes to discuss treatment or answer any questions.
Beth does an amazing job and I would not go to anyone else.
