Very Professional!
Love Dr Karlin. He was honest about what he could and could not do for me, but after the surgery I was beyond happy. He is an artist and would go back to only him if I was in need of anything else, even though it took me two hours to get there. He is the BEST !!!!

the staff is professional and helpfull on the different services and they do follow ups
My experience at Nova is wonderful. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They understood my areas of concern and addressed them in an effective way. I'm also pleased with their rewards program. I get reward certificates from time to time, which is always a nice incentive for me to go back for more treatments. I highly recommend it.
The staff took the time to explain the procedures and also showed before and after photos. The bext experience for me was seeing some of the staff with their before and after pictures. The food and drinks were exceptional.
I had botox done by Beth, and the results were fabulous. I highly recommend!
Beth is wonderful and desk staff very friendly and helpful. Have not had any experience with Dr. Karlin directly.
I always enjoy the open house events at Nova. I get to hear about new products and services, meet new people and enjoy a nice afternoon discussing other guests favorite services!
