The staff are all friendly and courteous and answered all my questions. I hope to have a good in house surgical experience too.
I've been a customer for over a year now, and my overall experience with NOVA is excellent! The staff (in my case Andrea first, and Nancy now) is very professional and they make me feel I'm in good hands, which by now I KNOW I really am. I love NOVA, and I would recommend to everyone I know without hesitation!

Lorraine did a great job. She explains the procedure & home care thoroughly. She made my experience pleasant & made me feel good about myself. Lorraine also referred me to Beth who was also excellent. Her suggestions for Botox & filler were great.
