The establishment is nice but beware of the nail tech. I had a nail tech who was rough with cutting my cutticles that she cut me! I felt the sting but I couldn't see the damage she caused because the seats lay you on your back. She made it seam as if it was nothing. Not only I had to tell her my toe where uneven and she cut them down soo short. She actually made a hudge mistake and not once notified her staff. I only got half off my pedicure but it honestly wasn't helpful. How could they not sense that I was upset? I love th... read more

So I have been going to this salon for over a year and I would never go anywhere else. It is a nice calm relaxing atmosphere. This business is very organized. Is clean and it does not have that typical nail salon smell. I go to Aylana the owner. She has whipped my nails into shape - she is a true artist. She is very talented she gives me 3D nail art I give her full creative control. Where do i start. I have been coming here for almost 3 years now. I also drive an hour to get here. Do you know how many nail places i pass on the way here? This is the best nail salon i have ever been to. I allow Alayna to do whatever she would like with the design of my nails. I have never been disappointed. My nails have been simple to completely outrageous. I'm constantly getting stopped by people to see my nails. I also go every 5 weeks. Thats insane for an acrylic fill in. My nails never break! I really enjoyed the service as the salon is very peaceful but the customer service sucks. I allowed the tech to freestyle my design but I did not like it. When I expressed to the owner that I did not like one of the designs I was told nothing could be done and I am basically stuck with ugly nails. I am supper frustrated because I paid 160$ + tip with the thought that I would come back the next day cause I had already been there for over 4 hours which is way too long.
