We flew down from Northern California for an appointment we had to the “open casting call" and was surprised/disappointed at the process. We checked in at the lobby front desk (which serves the entire building, not just Nous) waited a few minutes until a young woman with unkempt hair, tennis shoes and an ill-fitted summer dress asked my daughter to go stand in the corner of the lobby (good lighting?) to take three photos.
