One word describes it all... "Location" : Great schools at walking distance, Huge park in front of community with splash pool. I really do not need to drive my car to go to park or for cycling. Liking it a lot. Highly recommended.
Be aware the worst apartments ever, steal your money, people in danger building breaking down, no green areas, trash everywhere, illegal towing cars for permit parking and visitor parking, WARNING Not RECOMMENDED. Ask neighbors before you are thinking to move. own Experience. The administration is rude not ready to answer any questions or concerns about any problems the residents are facing.
Nice place, the worse administration. They towed my car because it was parked back in, where there is no signs of don't back in parking whatsoever, and they never sent memos notifying about this new rule. Next they I saw three cars parked they same way. And every time I ask to talk to the manager he or she is never around, please managers talk to me and stop ignoring our calls
Great location and interiors, but really bad services. More than 1 year without main gate and swimming pool. Poor garden and grass maintenance. Poor pest control. Aby on the main office is really nice and good person, but I know she is hands tied to improve the services, and I'm pretty sure is not her responsibility (owner or manager it is).
