I love this apartment. The service is excellent. Even though the building is old, the staff are prompt and helpful. They replaced my stove and light as soon as I submitted a request.
Stayed here for about two years and it was a great experience. Kristi, the property manager was always timely and courteous. We had two maintenance issues that were handled quickly.
Christi and Kathi very nice ladies in the office. Billy was my favorite maintance man He would take a few minutes to talk with me about GOD when I ask him questions. Billy always had kind words I can tell he loves his job. Thinking about moving in to one of the rental properties ? You will love living in a clean place all 3 maintance men will address any issues quick. GOD BLESS THEM ALL
I wouldn't live here if you can help it. The apartments are dingy and dirty. The cabinets and plumbing are in awful condition. The paint is in bad condition. The whole place in infested with bugs. They keep getting in no matter what I try to prevent that. There are no washing machines in the apartment, and they charge $1.25 for a wash and a $1.25 for a dry. The washers are tiny and dirty. Other residents insist on putting liquid detergent where it clearly says chlorine bleach only. The dryers only sometimes actually heat up ... read more
