Actual good place to live. Apartments are kind of crap, but over the last year only seen 3 or 4 roaches. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Maintenance came and fixed my washing machine 3 days after I submitted the ticket. If I was not moving away for work I would stay in this apartment.
My boyfriend and I recently applied and Diana and Carla were amazing and so helpful through the entire application process we look forward to moving in our new home ❤️
I just applied and Carla was absolutely amazing! She stayed in touch with me throughout the process and was always a ray of sunshine! I have been approved and Carla celebrated with me on the phone!
I’ve got a few things to say about this place. First off their maintenance guy entered our apartment without us being home or aware of it. Whoever installed the flooring didn’t do it correctly and the landlord tried to charge us money to get it fixed once we moved out. I tried calling them to fix it. And yes they were Informed of the damages before our move out date. I’ve lived in a few apartments before and have never heard of them charging their tenants for damage repair due to them not installing things correctly themselv... read more
Lived here for over a year after living in a small studio downtown. The space and inclusions with the rent make it worthwhile! It was very quiet and secluded. I had my own patio which I wish I utilized more! All appliances are new and the space is newly renovated which makes it feel fresh. Slightly buggy— but also it’s in the woods so some critters were expected. And they have pest control as requested for free! No huge issues while living here and I would recommend!
