She answered my questions with patience, made the ordering process easy, and ensured everything was handled accurately. We have been buying this product since the summerville location open. The cakes are fresh and I know the difference. I should have never use the north Charleston location. The Lemon Raspberry was dry and old with a grainy after taste A waste of my birthday treat. I should have use the summerville location. Sometimes it's not good to open other location if the standards are going to drop. I can assure you the entire cake is in my garbage.
