Great Experience Great Customer service Especially from Ms Laila
This location is amazing! I was helped by Laila this past weekend, and she was a gem. She answered all of my questions and guided me through buying a larger cake. And the cake was amazing! the Oreo cake is to die for, and my family really enjoyed it. Thank you for the great experience and I will be coming back!
Order two cakes for my kids birthday today after placing order @1:07pm the gentleman said we can go wait in the car it will be 10 minutes 30 minutes pass I go back in he said they still making it he will bring it out we still waiting I see him and a young lady in a blue shirt talking and laughing go back in at 2:15om. She said it’s ready I asked why it wasn’t brought out to they said it was a mistake. The staff are so friendly and helpful with getting my order together to bring to Norfolk General for the staff that took care of my son during his 21 day stay!
