I love this place! I've been in here a few times the past month and had a great experience each and every time. The Assistant Manager Laila has happened to help me most of the time, and has been so sweet and friendly. Although the customer service is fantastic, the cakes are the real star! I've been to locations in other cities (I think Chesapeake) and the quality was just alright. The Norfolk location brings their A game in quality.
