My husband was initially told there was no order. After I went in and showed them the address, they finally checked properly — and in less than ten seconds, they came out holding my order, already packaged and ready to go. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, what I can’t understand is the lack of a simple apology. That was very disappointing and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I believe the staff should reflect more seriously on their customer service.
Ordered a cake for this Saturday, and someone called me Wednesday about moving my order due to the expected snow. I tried to call back multiple times on Wednesday and the phone system kept saying to call back during business hours even though I was calling while they were open. Couldnt speak to an employee at all. I sent them an email and also got no reaponse. I asked about a coupon code I had seen online, and although I understand that not all locations honor the same promotions, the way my concern was addressed felt unprofessional and dismissive.
