Unhelpful when I sought advice during a probate application on a simple administrative task. Wouldn't offer any solutions when I pressed and smuggly replied to me with a smiley face, and no name wishing me a 'good day' when I was clearly unhappy with the sterile canned responses. Would never consider this firm again because of this interaction.

Do not use the online version of NotaryPro - find someone in person. What I ended up receiving after a month of waiting looked fake and unprofessional. It was stained with ink, wrinkled, and had footers and headers. They refused a refund because "I got what I paid for". If I knew I exactly that meant, I would not have used the service at all.
