The food was delish and the waiters were exceptionally friendly and courteous! Great place to eat!!

I ordered online. NYAJ online placed 2 holds on my account($128 and $139). I called and they said one would come off in 48 - 72 hours. 5 days later, I still have the $139 hold on my account and the $128 has cleared. So I can't access $140 because NYAJ's online system has a bug in it. An email from Jimmie Bucci says the VP of IT is aware but they don't have a timeframe when this will be fixed. Very poor showing NYAJ's.
Our wait for a table was shorter time than expected. We had a great waiter Keenan. Both meals were excellent. Harvest Mac and Cheese and I had the baked Haddock. There was enough food for us both to take home leftovers. The waiter mentioned that all food is prepared on the spot. Unlike many other chains. Top of the list for go to eateries!
